Stress Management and Mindfulness Workshops

As part of our mission, we want to combat stress and mental health in the workplace.

These are problems that can easily go unnoticed and untreated and can have an enormous impact on productivity.

According to HSE (http://www.hse.gov.uk/statistics/causdis/stress/index.htm) 12.5 million working days were lost due to work related stress, depression or anxiety in 2016/17. In the same year depression or anxiety accounted for 40% of all work-related ill health cases and 49% of all working days lost due to ill health.

Our goal is to provide employees with the techniques and strategies to help combat stress and to not let it affect wellbeing and health.

We provide stress management and mindfulness workshops to workplaces, as well as providing additional support to help build a happier and healthier workforce.
